Christie Stratos is an award-winning historical suspense and historical fantasy author with a passion for the Victorian era and forgotten history. She owns her own editing company, Proof Positive, where she works one-on-one with authors as well as with small presses as a freelance editor. Christie currently co-hosts the once-a-month live read show Fun Classic Reads with sci-fi author David M. Kelly. Christie Stratos is an award-winning historical suspense and gaslamp fantasy author with a passion for the Victorian era and forgotten history. Her expertise is in 1840s-1890s Northeastern America. Her historical suspense in the Dark Victoriana Collection includes two novels, Anatomy of a Darkened Heart and Brotherhood of Secrets, as well as two short stories, “The Artist” and “The Wrong House”. Her gaslamp fantasy novels in the Grimoire Society of Dark Acts series are currently serialized on Kindle Vella, soon to be published as paperbacks and full-length ebooks. Also a poet and short story writer, Christie has been published in anthologies, literary journals, and magazines. She has been featured on the radio, in magazines, and on podcasts, and she has given presentations for writing organizations and at writing conferences.
