Interviewing Luna Press Publishing’s Founder & 2 Authors

Luna Press Publishing is a small press publishing science fiction, fantasy, and dark fantasy in addition to nonfiction works. This week on Writers Showcase Podcast, I chatted with three people from Luna: Francesca T. Barbini, the press’s founder and senior editor; speculative author Lorraine Wilson; and YA fantasy author Elizabeth Priest.

We talked about diverse representation in fiction and how to achieve it in a way that’s meaningful, what Luna Press Publishing is looking for in their submissions, their nonfiction arm called Academia Lunare, how long Elizabeth Priest’s Troutespond series may be, including pieces of ourselves in our fiction, writers imposter syndrome, and a whole lot more!
